CHECK-IN

Check-In for the tournament will take place at the Tournament Headquarters at the DeRussy Beach in front of the Hale Koa Hotel August 19 & 20, 2011. 

One hour before first game, Coach and all players need to attend the check in procedure.

Due to DNLR Permits. Time is very important so please be on time.

Complimentary refreshments will be provided courtesy of Gatorade.

All teams will be required to provide the following prior to Check-In:

       1.  Team Hawaii Sand Soccer Application

  2.  Medical Release and Waiver for each player
